Process Engineer - Full Time

Hands-on experience in handling Plastic Injection Moulding Machines from 350T to 3500T forautomotive component moulding. Independently manage process setting, parameter optimization, cycle time reduction, rejectioncontrol, and productivity improvement. Expertise in handling Small to large Injection moulds of Bumpers & Instrument Panels etc. withHot Runner / Sequential Valve Gate Systems. Strong troubleshooting skills for moulding defects such as:o Sink Markso Flasho Short Mouldingo Warpageo Weld Lineso Burn Markso Tiger Markso Other process-related defects Experience with robot automation / take-out systems. Conducting mould trials, mould validation, and process approvals. Close coordination with Mould Assembly and Quality Engineering teams. Good knowledge of engineering resins and raw materials such as:PP, ABS, PC, ASA, PBT , Glass-filled / Mineral-filled materials, etc. Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing. Capability to handle OEM audits, customer visits, and process discussions. Experience in export mould trials, sample approvals, and packaging support.
