Motion Graphics Designer (WFH)

About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Animate 30 to 90 second motion graphics explainers and promos in After Effects, working from locked scripts and storyboards, for crypto, cybersecurity and B2B software brands

2. Own the art direction inside the brief: type systems, colour, transitions, and the visual language for abstract ideas like data flow, encryption, staking and audience attribution

3. Cut and assemble the final edit in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, timed to voiceover, then run a sound design pass - music selection, SFX layering, VO ducking

4. Deliver every piece in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 with the correct export settings for each platform

5. Build and maintain our shared After Effects component library - lower thirds, UI mockup animations, logo stings, data-flow rigs - so each video ships faster than the last

6. Turn one round of written, timecoded feedback into a revision within 24 hours

7. A showreel or portfolio of work you animated yourself - the link is mandatory. Tell us honestly what you built and what came from a template pack; we hire people who answer that straight.2. After Effects fundamentals well past presets: shape layers, track mattes, masks, time remapping, and basic expressions3. Pre-comping and layer-naming discipline - project files get handed between people here4. A real ear for sound: music selection, SFX cut to the motion, VO ducking. Not a track dropped on top.5. Two to three hours of daily overlap with IST business hours, and clear written updates - most of our feedback happens in calls6. Nice to have: 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D, Element 3D), Figma, React and Remotion for programmatic video, and any exposure to crypto, DeFi or developer-tool brands7. Our process is a short PAID test task instead of a long interview loop, then one 30-minute call.
