About the Role : As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our clients, focusing on relationship building and support. You’ll implement strategies to minimize churn and maximize revenue potential, ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us.

Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with key stakeholders to align our solutions with their business goals.

Team Support: Mentor and guide your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Customer Onboarding: Oversee training and deployment for new clients, ensuring seamless

implementation of our software.

Customer Advocacy: Collect feedback to enhance service quality and drive improvements.

Churn Prevention: Monitor customer health metrics and conduct regular reviews to demonstrate value.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on market trends to refine customer success strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Business, MarkeƟng, or a related field.

2 to 4 years of experience in customer success within a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record in retention and expansion.

Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and account management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage challenging customer situations with diplomacy.
