Project Manager

·     Minimum 18 years of overall experience in infrastructure/water supply project execution.·     Candidate must have independently handled and successfully completed at least 2–3 Water Supply Scheme Projects as Project Manager.·     Candidates having experience in Jharkhand Urban Water Supply / Urban Infrastructure Projects will be given priority.·     Experience in JJM / Rural Water Supply / Urban Water Supply Schemes will be highly preferred.·     Strong experience in managing end-to-end project execution, from planning to commissioning and handover.·     Experience in handling large-scale pipeline networks, WTP, Intake Well, ESR/OHSR, CWR, pumping stations, distribution networks and allied water supply infrastructure.·     Should have sound knowledge of BOQ, drawings, specifications, work planning, resource planning and project scheduling.·     Experience in coordinating with Jal Jeevan Mission, PHED, JUIDCO, State Government departments, consultants and other statutory authorities.·     Strong understanding of contract management, billing, variations, claims, EOT, DPR/BOQ and client requirements.·     Should be capable of managing multiple project teams, contractors, subcontractors, engineers and site personnel.·     Responsible for achieving project time, cost, quality and execution targets.·     Should have strong leadership, decision-making, coordination and problem-solving skills.·     Good knowledge of MS Project , MS Excel, AutoCAD and project documentation will be preferred.
