Catering Manager – Multi-Site Operations Location: Pan India Job Responsibilities: Manage food and catering operations at different sites . Ensure timely delivery and good quality of food at all locations . Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for food, beverages, and catering materials. Manage vendor rates, quality, delivery, and payments . Plan and arrange parties , events, meetings, and special functions. Coordinate with chefs, catering staff, and other service teams. Monitor food quantity, quality, hygiene, and wastage. Visit different sites regularly to ensure smooth operations. Ensure proper setup, service, and cleanup during events. Required Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in catering or food service operations.
