Key Responsibilities Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities. Product Development: Plan, develop, and improve products based on consumer requirements and market demand. Competitor Analysis: Study competitor products, pricing, packaging, ingredients, and marketing strategies. Product Innovation: Identify new product concepts, formulations, and opportunities aligned with the AE Naturals brand. Consumer Insights: Analyse customer feedback, reviews, and buying behaviour to improve existing products and develop new offerings. Research & Testing: Coordinate product trials, sample testing, quality evaluations, and product performance assessments with relevant teams. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with production, quality control, marketing, sales, and procurement teams to support successful product launches. Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging trends in natural ingredients, skincare, personal care, wellness, and FMCG products. Reporting: Prepare research reports, competitor comparisons, product proposals, and presentations for management. Product Launch Support: Assist in product positioning, pricing recommendations, packaging concepts, and launch planning.
