Mariox Software Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Lead Generation Team Lead to manage and drive our lead generation team.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the lead generation team. Build and execute strategies for domestic & international lead generation. Generate qualified leads for Web, Mobile App, SaaS & Custom Software Development. Manage LinkedIn, email outreach, cold prospecting, and other outbound channels. Monitor daily team performance, lead quality, and targets. Coordinate closely with the Sales Team for lead handover and conversions. Requirements Minimum 3 years of Team Leader experience in Lead Generation. Strong experience in IT/Software lead generation. Excellent team management and communication skills. Target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure. Salary: 40,000 60,000/month Location: Noida | Work From Office .
