The Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child's learning

needs, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps' programs through consultative counselling and high-quality

sales conversation

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.

2. Understand the child's current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.

3. Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.

4. Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.

5. Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment.

6.
