Are you ready to be part of this transformation?Role SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and analytical Sr. SEO Analyst to join our SME team. You willbe responsible for SEO research, strategy, and execution for B2B clients. The role requiresstrong analytical thinking, structured execution, and the ability to communicate insightsclearly. A basic working knowledge of GenAI tools to improve documentation, research, and productivity will be an added advantage.What You’ll DoResearch & Analysis●​ Conduct keyword research aligned to business goals●​ Perform technical and SEO audits●​ Provide clear, actionable recommendations for client websites●​ Use analytics tools to interpret performance and diagnose issues●​ Use GenAI tools where applicable to speed up research or documentation (optional,not primary)​Strategy & Execution●​ Build and execute SEO strategies that deliver measurable results●​ Identify new opportunities for growth and account expansionCommunication & Collaboration●​ Coordinate with Client Success Management team on performance, timelines, andstrategy●​ Discuss tasks and planning with India Project Managers●​ Present performance reports and insights to clientsReporting●​ Prepare structured, high-quality performance reports●​ Lead client review meetings and present insights clearly​Qualification Criteria●​ Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (mandatory)●​ Experience with tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC●​ Experience in setting up tracking with tools like Google Tag Manager●​ Ability to use basic GenAI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for improving efficiency in research, summaries, or documentation●​ Proven experience building and executing SEO strategies●​ GEO and AI search Experience/Knowledge●​ Strong analytical mindset●​ Strong English communication (verbal + written)●​ Bachelor’s degree in any fieldPreferred Attributes●​ Experience working with international clients●​ Skilled in preparing client-facing presentations and presenting to clients●​ Understanding of enterprise B2B environments●​ Expertise with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore etc.What Success Looks LikeWithin 90 days, you will:●​ Deliver two strong impact-driven SEO improvements●​ Establish smooth coordination with Sweden & India teams●​ Present well-structured SEO reports and insights●​ Use GenAI tools responsibly and thoughtfully for documentation or productivity●​ Demonstrate a clear understanding of client business goalsWhy Join Us●​ Work with global enterprise brands●​ Exposure to modern SEO frameworks and AI-supported workflows●​ Fast-growing European digital marketing environment●​ Access to training, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration●​ Culture focused on ownership, learning, and impactJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insuranceLeave encashmentProvident FundWork Location: In person
