AI Software Testing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Testing Intern to support quality assurance efforts for our AI Agent-led workflow automation and integration platform. You will primarily test connectors, workflows, and AI-driven automation features to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Test and validate integration connectors (e.g., CRM, marketing tools, APIs, databases)

Execute end-to-end workflow testing across multiple systems

Validate AI Agent behaviors, including:

Trigger-based actions

Decision-making logic

Dynamic content generation

Identify, document, and track bugs using standard reporting formats

Perform functional, regression, and basic API testing

Verify data flow accuracy between integrated applications

Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues

Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and test scenarios

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Tech. / BE / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA in Computer Science or IT from a reputed institution

Basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual testing preferred)

Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and HTTP requests

Understanding of SaaS applications and integrations

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Ability to document issues clearly and concisely

Good to Have

Exposure to tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar API testing tools

Basic knowledge of automation tools or scripting (Python/JS/Selenium)

Understanding of workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, N8N etc.)

Interest in AI Agents, LLMs, and automation systems
