Facilitate the implementation and support of the SAP SD module Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions Map client business processes and requirements to SAP SD configurations Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD functionalities Identify gaps, issues, and propose effective workaround solutions Act as a liaison with business users for issue analysis and resolution Support high-priority issues, including urgent fixes and transports Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and supporting documentation Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification Provide support for new implementations, rollouts, and support projects Work independently and mentor junior team members when required .
