Tech / in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering No. of Vacancy: 01 Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Hotel Construction Projects Key Responsibilities: Execute and supervise MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS systems. Coordinate with civil, architectural, interior, consultant, and contractor teams. Review drawings, monitor site progress, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of project activities. Prepare progress reports and resolve technical issues during project execution. Review and verify MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications before execution. Monitor testing and commissioning activities, prepare completion documentation, and facilitate the successful handover of MEP works. Skills & Technical Competencies: Sound knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under project timelines while maintaining quality standards. Experiences: 510 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
