Cop&Drop is building India's discovery platform for homegrown and indie brands. We bring together interesting brands, products, stories, and culture and we're building a content-first brand around it.

We're looking for someone who understands Instagram, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch.

What You'll Do :

Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and social media content for Cop&Drop.

Turn raw footage into engaging, fast-paced, visually interesting videos.

Work on hooks, pacing, transitions, subtitles, sound design, music, and visual effects.

Edit founder-led content, product videos, UGC, interviews, trend-based content, and brand stories.

Collaborate with the content and growth teams to turn creative ideas into high-performing content.

Keep up with trending audio, formats, editing styles, memes, and internet culture.

What We're Looking For :

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.

Good sense of pacing, storytelling, music, and visual composition.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment.

You'll Stand Out If You :

Constantly notice why certain Reels go viral.

Understand Gen Z, internet culture, memes, fashion, music, and trends.

Can create both polished and raw/native-looking content.

Know basic motion graphics and animation.

Experiment with AI tools for video creation and editing.
