Track and analyse individual sales performance and conversion metrics..What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in EdTech, education, SaaS, or a similar industry. Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage high-intent leads and drive conversions. Strong ownership, accountability, and result orientation. Experience with CRM/sales tools is preferred.
