Techno Functional Consultant - SAP HCM/Payroll & Recruitment Modules

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM - HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional knowledge of HR processes and hands-on technical expertise in SQL.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with SAP HCM - HRMS modules, particularly Payroll and Recruitment, and should be capable of understanding HR business requirements, translating them into system solutions, performing data analysis using SQL, and supporting enhancements and production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Recruitment and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

• Provide techno-functional support for SAP HCM - HRMS applications, with primary focus on Payroll and Recruitment modules.

• Analyze existing HRMS processes and recommend system - process improvements.

• Handle application enhancements, change requests, configuration requirements and production support.

• Use SQL for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, reporting and troubleshooting of HRMS-related issues.

• Analyze HR and Payroll data to identify system or data-related discrepancies.

• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical - development teams for system enhancements and customizations.

• Support integration of HRMS - SAP HCM with other internal or third-party applications.

• Perform functional testing, system testing and support business users during UAT.

• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across HRMS modules.

• Maintain functional specifications, process documentation, test cases and other system documentation.

• Coordinate with business users, vendors and technology teams for issue resolution and application enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in HRMS - HCM techno-functional roles.

• Strong experience with SAP HCM - SAP HR.

• Hands-on functional knowledge of Payroll.

• Experience with Recruitment - Recruiting processes or modules.

• Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle.

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including writing queries for data extraction, validation and troubleshooting.

• Experience in requirement gathering and translating business requirements into functional - technical specifications.

• Experience in application support, enhancements and change requests.

• Experience with testing and UAT support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline. .
