BFSI / Insurance / Banking candidates get preference. What the job actually is We are hiring for one of the top reputed Life Insurance companies, for its Direct Sales team. You will meet clients, do financial planning sessions and sell life insurance / investment-cum-insurance plans. Company leads are also provided. Key responsibilities Make daily sales calls and conduct financial planning sessions with clients. Acquire new customers and achieve premium targets. Work on prospect and customer leads given by the company for new business and cross-sell. Cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers and build their portfolio. Manage customer relationships to ensure persistency and renewals. Follow sales process, AML / KYC, compliance and underwriting guidelines. What we are looking for Graduate (any stream). 1+ year of sales experience – life insurance, wealth / investment, banking or any BFSI field sales preferred. Good communication and client-handling skills; local network in Delhi. Compensation: ₹4 – 5 Lakh per annum (₹33,000 – ₹41,000 per month). No fee is charged at any stage of hiring.
