Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee and enhance the academic standards of our school. The candidate will be responsible for curriculum planning, teacher coordination, and ensuring overall academic excellence.Key Responsibilities:Plan, implement, and monitor the academic curriculum.Supervise and support teachers in lesson planning and classroom management.Track and improve student academic performance.Conduct regular teacher training sessions and evaluations.Ensure smooth execution of academic activities and school programs.Maintain academic records and prepare performance reports.Coordinate with management, teachers, and parents for academic improvements.Implement innovative teaching methods and best practices.Ability to teach Badminton, Football, or Basketball (Preferred) .
