What You’ll Do

Build a Scalable Growth Model: Develop and maintain a robust financial model to support a PE fundraising round in early 2025.

Create Real-Time Financial Dashboards: Implement dashboards tracking key metrics (ARR, NRR, Growth Rate, Rule of 40) and benchmarks for leadership visibility and data-driven decision-making.

Establish & Execute Budgeting Processes: Introduce a formal budgeting process, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with strategic goals.

Manage International Tax Compliance: Oversee tax compliance and structuring across multiple global entities (e.g., Japan, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Poland).

Advise on Funding & Capital Structure: Play a key role in shaping our strategy for a successful Series-B raise, collaborating closely with executive leadership and potential investors.

What We’re Looking For

Strategic Finance Experience: Proven track record in high-growth startups or scale-ups, ideally with involvement in fundraising and investor relations.

Analytical & Modeling Expertise: Mastery of financial modeling, forecasting, and building KPI dashboards.

Operational Excellence: Experience setting up budgeting processes from scratch and managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Global Mindset: Comfort working with international teams, tax advisors, and stakeholders.

Collaborative Leadership: Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive teams to guide decision-making.

Team Structure & Growth

Initially, you’ll collaborate closely with external CPA consultants and one in-house accountant.

As we scale, you’ll have the freedom to shape and grow your finance team, hiring additional talent as needed to support global operations.

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation tailored to your location and experience. For US-based candidates, the range is $200k–$250k. For candidates outside the US, the range will be adjusted based on local market conditions, while remaining highly competitive.
