Handle inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely processing. Manage delivery executives and allocate daily tasks. Monitor attendance, productivity, and team performance. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments. Handle customer escalations and operational issues. Maintain hub records, inventory, and daily operational reports. Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety guidelines. Coordinate with the central operations team for smooth hub functioning. Candidate Requirements:1–3 years of experience in Hub Operations, Logistics, Last Mile, Warehouse, or Delivery Operations . Prior experience in team handling is preferred. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
