Robotics Competition Trainer - Fresher

About the job:Join RFL Academy's Competition Robotics team and build your career in advanced robotics. You will work on FTC & FRC competition robots and guide students through robot design, programming, electronics, testing, and competition preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on Mechanical & CAD, Coding & Controls, and Electronics & Electrical aspects of competition robots.

2. Design, develop, assemble, and test robot mechanisms and systems.

3. Program and debug robot functions, driver control, and autonomous routines.

4. Work with motors, sensors, wiring, electronics, and control systems.

5. Troubleshoot technical issues and improve robot performance through testing and iteration.

6. Guide and mentor school students in robotics, engineering, and competition projects.

7. Collaborate with other technical teams to build and integrate complete robots.

8. Support design reviews, build sessions, testing, and competition preparation.

9. Maintain technical documentation and follow safety and professional practices.

10. Travel across India for training, team assignments, and competitions as required.
