Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming software enquiries and customer callsFollow up with leads through calls and WhatsAppExplain software products and IT services clearlyUnderstand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutionsSchedule software demos and appointmentsFollow up on quotations and pending leadsMaintain proper lead and follow-up recordsCoordinate with sales and technical teamsAchieve monthly sales and conversion targetsBuild good relationships with potential customers

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Tamil and EnglishExperience in telecalling, telesales, or software sales preferredBasic understanding of software / IT services is an advantageGood follow-up and convincing skillsComfortable speaking with customers over the phoneBasic computer knowledgeTarget-oriented and self-motivated
