Fresher Hiring - Admin Executive - Full Time

Key Responsibilities & DutiesOffice Operations & Facility Management:Oversee day-to-day office housekeeping, cleanliness, maintenance, and security protocols to ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment. Manage office equipment (printers, ACs, computers, PBX/intercom) and coordinate timely servicing and repairs with annual maintenance contract (AMC) dinate meeting room schedules, setup, and visitor hospitality for client meetings and internal events. Vendor Management & Procurement:Source, evaluate, and liaise with office vendors (stationary, pantry supplies, housekeeping, transport, repair services).Track inventory levels for office stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies, and place replenishment orders as needed. Review vendor invoices, verify deliveries, and process payment requests in coordination with the Finance el & Event Coordination:Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for executives and staff (flight/train tickets, hotel bookings, cab arrangements, and visa processing).Plan and execute internal corporate events, employee engagement activities, workshops, and festive mentation & Recordkeeping:Maintain physical and digital filing systems, register entries, contracts, lease agreements, and company licenses.
