Job description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage HR operations at our manufacturing plant in Chakan. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing HR, manpower management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and administration. The role requires a hands-on approach with strong planning and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR operations for the plant and ensure smooth day-to-day HR activities.
Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management.
Manage payroll administration, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Ensure timely compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage contract labour, including documentation, compliance, attendance, and coordination with contractors.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
Support employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
Coordinate with management and plant teams for effective manpower utilization.
Manage general administration and plant HR activities.
Maintain proper HR documentation, MIS, and statutory records.
Support HR policies, processes, audits, and organizational development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Manufacturing HR / Plant HR.
Recruitment and manpower planning.
Payroll administration and attendance management.
Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance and Labour Laws.
Contract Labour Management.
Employee Grievance Handling and Employee Relations.
General Administration.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong planning and hands-on execution abilities.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: MSW / MBA (HR)
Experience: 10 - 15 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing
Location: Chakan Industrial Area, Pune
Candidates with strong plant HR experience and exposure to labour compliance will be preferred.
