Detail for the role are provided below:Role:Scout retail and commercial spaces across HSR Layout and nearby micro-markets (Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Koramangala, BTM, Bellandur, Sarjapur Road).Build and maintain a database of available retail spaces - landlord contact, rent, deposit, frontage, footfall notes.Show spaces to clients on-site.Close retail deals independently; support office-space deals as secondary.Report daily field activity (new spaces added, client visits, deal status).Requirements:Own 2-wheeler (mandatory, fuel reimbursed).Bangalore local, or willing to deeply learn HSR + surrounding localities within 30 days.0-1 year experience; freshers with hustle welcome.Basic English/Kannada/Hindi communication.Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Maps.Compensation structure (Bangalore market rate for this profile):Fixed: 15,000-20,000/month (freshers or upto 1 year field sales experience.Incentive: Assured incentives on closures, better than market.
