Our client is a fast-growing, science-backed D2C brand in the Consumer Health and Wellness industry. The company offers personalized, holistic hair and scalp health solutions by combining Ayurveda, Dermatology, and Nutrition. Position Title: Assistant Store Manager Locations: Bengaluru, KA (Ramamurthy Nagar | RR Nagar | JP Nagar | Jayanagar | Chandranagar Layout) Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office) Experience: Minimum 3 Years Education: Graduate Degree (Mandatory) Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to handle 360-degree daily store operations across our Bengaluru locations. In this role, you will supervise junior store staff, maintain inventory and stock control, drive daily sales targets, and coordinate directly with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities 360° Store Operations: Manage daily opening/closing procedures, appointment scheduling, and visual store standards. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide junior employees and sales executives, assign daily tasks, and manage shift rosters. Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee stock receiving, track inventory levels, and conduct regular audits to prevent stock-outs or leakage. Sales Target Execution: Partner with the sales team to track daily targets, drive conversion rates, and supervise customer follow-ups (WhatsApp/Phone). Senior Management Liaison: Act as the primary link between floor staff and senior leadership, reporting daily KPIs and operational updates. Customer Experience: Ensure a high-touch, consultative client experience and handle escalated customer queries professionally. Candidate Requirements Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (Mandatory). Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations and retail managerial experience, customer service, hospitality, or aviation. Core Skills: Team management, inventory tracking, daily target execution, and operational coordination. Communication: Fluency in English is required (Knowledge of Kannada or local language is a plus). Work Schedule: Comfortable with rotational shifts, weekends, and closing shifts (1 rotational week-off per week).
