About the Role

Centrix is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Director while coordinating activities related to social media, digital marketing and branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to the Director.
• Manage schedules, meetings, appointments and follow-ups.
• Coordinate digital marketing, social media and branding activities.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Track marketing-related tasks, timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare presentations, reports and business documents.
• Handle correspondence and maintain organised records.
• Support meetings and out-of-office business activities when required.

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Branding or a related role.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing activities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Positive coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Working Days

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

Compensation: 25,[hidden],000.00 per month
