Role Overview

As an International Sales Specialist, you will engage with international customers, understand their learning needs, and guide them towards the right educational programs. You'll play a key role in driving revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective international customers through calls and virtual meetings.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.

Build trust through consultative selling and effective communication.

Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Update and manage customer interactions using CRM tools.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile

1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / International Sales / Business Development.

Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Strong consultative selling and objection-handling abilities.

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.

EdTech sales experience is an added advantage.
