About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with jobseekers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

2. Explain Acrapath's candidate membership/subscription plans, features, and benefits.

3. Convert interested candidates into paid subscribers/members.

4. Follow up with leads who have registered but not purchased a subscription.

5. Help candidates understand how to use Acrapath effectively for job applications and career opportunities.

6. Encourage existing users to stay active, complete their profiles, and apply to relevant jobs.

7. Re-engage inactive candidates and improve overall platform engagement.

8. Handle basic candidate queries related to membership, applications, profiles, and platform features.

9. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and candidate interactions.

10. Work toward daily and monthly targets for candidate engagement and subscription sales.

11. Collect candidate feedback and share recurring concerns or suggestions with the internal team.

12. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 8,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 7,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 350000/year
