Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct thorough legal research on various topics related to real estate law and construction

2. Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements

3. Support the legal team in reviewing and analyzing legal documents

4. Maintain and organize legal files and documents

5. Attend meetings, court proceedings, and negotiations with senior attorneys

6. Utilize MS Office and MS Word to create and edit legal documents

7. Demonstrate strong English proficiency in both spoken and written communication
