Business Development Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – International Outbound Sales Location: Hybrid Experience: 2–3 Years Regions Covered: USA, Europe, APAC Job Description: We are looking for a confident, target-driven sales professional who thrives on building connections across global markets. If you're someone who loves picking up the phone, crafting sharp outreach messages, and turning cold prospects into warm conversations — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:  • Make outbound calls to prospects across USA, Europe & APAC, confidently representing the company on every call  • Identify and reach decision-makers — CEOs, CTOs, Founders & Business Heads  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach & LinkedIn prospecting  • Run targeted LinkedIn and cold email outreach campaigns  • Schedule discovery/demo meetings for the Sales & BD team  • Handle follow-ups, reminders, and first-level objection handling  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates  • Support post-meeting follow-ups and proposal discussions Required Skills & Experience:  • 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or lead generation  • Prior experience with international clients (USA, UK, Europe, or APAC)  • Excellent spoken and written English  • Hands-on experience with cold calling, email outreach & LinkedIn prospecting  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, etc.  • Strong research skills, follow-up discipline, and a target-driven mindset Preferred / Bonus Skills:  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, software, or digital services sales  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Lemlist, etc.  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field Role: Sales Executive Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Department: Sales & Business Development
