Key Responsibilities Attendance & Leave Management Take daily attendance and update systems/registers Track absentees, late entries, and leave movements Ensure strict adherence to app-based leave system Student Support & Engagement Act as first point of contact for students Conduct regular student interactions and capture feedback Support onboarding, room allotment, and daily student needs Complaint & Ticket Handling Log complaints accurately in the system Coordinate with HK, R&M, and Security teams Ensure closure confirmation from students Room Audits & Compliance Conduct daily room audits (hygiene, safety, assets) Raise tickets for issues identified Parcel & Records Management Manage parcel entries and handovers Maintain operational registers and reports Health & Emergency Support Identify unwell students and provide first-level assistance Coordinate hospital visits and maintain health records Eligibility Criteria 0–2 years of experience in hostel, hospitality, or customer service roles Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in shifts
