Job descriptionJob Title: Academic Counsellor Inside SalesCompany: Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya Job DescriptionAs an Academic Counsellor Inside Sales, you will be responsible for interacting with prospective students and parents, understanding their academic requirements, and guiding them toward the right educational programs offered by Infinity Learn.The role requires excellent communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to build strong customer relationships through outbound calling, counselling, demo booking, and sales conversion.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to approximately 150200 prospective leads on a regular basis.Connect with prospective students and parents through calls and virtual interactions.Understand the academic requirements and needs of students and parents.Counsel parents and students regarding available courses, program benefits, and learning opportunities.Book online live demo sessions with interested parents and students.Coordinate with parents to confirm their availability for the scheduled demo session.Conduct online live demo sessions with the parent along with their child, explaining the program, features, benefits, and learning approach.Follow up regularly with interested leads after demo sessions.Handle customer queries and objections professionally.Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions and achieve assigned sales targets.Maintain customer data and update sales records/CRM regularly.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.Contribute to overall revenue growth by achieving individual and team targets.Eligibility CriteriaGraduation is Mandatory.Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales can also apply.Prior experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / EdTech Sales will be an added advantage.Strong communication, convincing, counselling, and negotiation skills required.Candidate should possess a personal laptop and stable internet connection.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.Salary & BenefitsAttractive Fixed SalaryPerformance-Based IncentivesCareer Growth OpportunitiesProfessional Sales Training & DevelopmentDynamic and Growth-Oriented Work EnvironmentWorking DetailsWorking Days: Tuesday to SundayFixed Week Off: MondayWork Timings: 11:00 AM to 9:00/9:30 PMWork Mode: Work From Office
