Warehouse Executive

Job Description: Warehouse Executive About Us SS Trade Inc is a trading company in Ahmedabad. We supply chemicals, rubber and industrial raw materials to manufacturers. Our promise is simple: the right material, in good condition, on time. Our warehouse keeps that promise every day. About the Job We need a reliable Warehouse Executive to manage our daily warehouse work. You will receive, store and send out chemicals and rubber safely, keep stock records correct, and make sure every order goes out right and on time. Experience in a chemicals or rubber company is preferred. What You Will Do • Receive goods: Check incoming material against the order, invoice and challan. Look for wrong quantity, damaged packing or missing labels. • Store goods: Unload and stack material in the right place. Keep chemicals and rubber apart as per safety rules. • Send goods: Pick, pack and load the correct material, batch and quantity. Coordinate with transporters, drivers and labour so loading and deliveries are on time. • Track stock: Record every item received, issued and moved, with batch number, expiry date and location. Use FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) so older stock goes first. Count stock regularly and report any mismatch. Tell the purchase and sales teams when stock is low, damaged, slow-moving or near expiry. • Keep papers: Prepare GRNs, delivery challans, dispatch records and stock registers. Keep invoices, LR copies, test certificates, COAs and SDS/MSDS easy to find. Update stock in Tally/ERP or Excel the same day and send a daily stock and dispatch report to management. What We Look For • Experience in warehouse or stores work, ideally with chemicals, rubber or raw materials • Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP and Excel for stock entry and reports • Careful with numbers and papers • Can guide a small team and stay calm when dispatch is busy. Good to Have • Experience with hazardous chemicals and safety training • Experience with barcode, WMS or ERP systems • Knowledge of port, CFS or container handling for imported goods • Basic quality checks on incoming material
