About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and selfdriven women professionals to manage and grow the Retail Assets business across PAN India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and processing retail loan applications while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source and acquire customers for Retail Asset products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Consumer Loans, Credit Cards, etc.).
Conduct customer profiling, requirement analysis, and explain product features & benefits.
Manage endtoend loan processing including documentation, verification, and coordination with internal teams.
Ensure timely followup with customers, partners, and stakeholders to close cases.
Achieve monthly targets for sourcing, disbursement, and portfolio quality.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners for business generation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and audit requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
Only women candidates may apply.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
14 years of experience in Retail Assets / Loans / BFSI domain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
