About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers and communicate with them professionally.

2. Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.

3. Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries over calls.

4. Maintain proper records of customer calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.

5. Handle customer interactions politely and professionally.

6. Coordinate with the team and reporting manager for regular updates.

7.
