We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in LAP (Loan Against Property) and secured loans to join our team in Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, particularly within the financial services sector, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in LAP and secured loans.
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and other channel partners to enhance sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in the sales process.
