HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview

coordination

● Conduct initial HR telephonic screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers

● Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS

● Support employee onboarding activities and documentation

● Maintain HR records, files, and employee data accurately

● Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR reports

● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day HR operations

● Support HR in employee engagement activities and internal communication

● Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders

● Perform other HR administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

● Graduate or MBA (HR preferred)

● Basic understanding of recruitment & HR processes

● Good communication skills (verbal & written)

● Comfortable with calling, coordination, and follow-ups

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation

● Willingness to learn and take ownership
