About the job: Transport Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of the school transportation system. The role involves managing school buses, drivers, attendants, routes, schedules, vehicle maintenance, documentation, and transportation-related communication with parents, students, and school staff.The Transport Manager must ensure that student safety is the highest priority and that all transportation operations comply with school policies and applicable government/RTO regulations.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Transport OperationsPlan, organize, and supervise all daily school transportation operations.Prepare and manage bus routes, stops, pickup and drop-off timings.Ensure buses operate according to the approved schedule.Monitor delays, route changes, breakdowns, and other transportation issues.Coordinate transportation arrangements for school events, trips, examinations, and special programmes.Maintain an updated list of students using school transport.B.
