You'll lead the development of our wearable technology platform, working across firmware, embedded systems, hardware, mobile, cloud, AI, algorithms, and global technology partners to transform ideas into products used by millions.

What You'll Own

Wearable Platform Strategy

Define the technology roadmap for future wearable platforms

Drive architectural decisions across firmware, embedded systems, connectivity, sensors, and AI-enabled features

Evaluate emerging technologies, chipsets, sensors, and wireless protocols

New Product Development

Own product development from concept through commercialization

Drive technical feasibility, system architecture, product specifications, validation, and production readiness

Balance performance, battery life, cost, reliability, and user experience throughout the development lifecycle

Cross-functional Leadership

Partner closely with:

Embedded Firmware

Hardware Engineering

Mobile Applications

Cloud Platform

AI & Algorithms

Industrial Design

Manufacturing & Quality

Technology Ecosystem

Lead technical engagements with:

Chipset vendors

Sensor partners

ODM/OEM partners

Firmware vendors

Technology suppliers

We're Looking For

8–10 years of experience building consumer electronics, wearables, IoT, or embedded products

Strong background in New Product Development and system architecture

Experience taking products from concept to mass production

Strong understanding of embedded firmware, RTOS, BLE, wireless communication, and sensor integration

Comfortable working across hardware, firmware, cloud, mobile, and AI ecosystems

Strong Exposure To

Embedded C/C++

RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr or similar)

BLE, Wi-Fi, Matter, Zigbee, Thread

ARM Cortex / Nordic / Qualcomm / Ambiq / ESP32 / STM32 ecosystems

Sensor technologies including PPG, IMU, SpO₂, ECG, temperature, and motion sensing

OTA, power optimization, secure firmware updates

Product validation and performance benchmarking
