Corporate Sales Executive

About the job:

Key responsibilities:-

A. Schedule & Daily Sales Planning

1. Receive and interpret the monthly delivery schedule and rolling projections for assigned customers.

2. Convert the monthly schedule into a date-wise Daily Sales Plan. Coordinate with PPC to confirm plan feasibility

B. Production Coordination

1. Coordinate with the Production team on customer part requirements and material readiness.

2. Follow up on production status against the daily plan.

3. Prioritise emergency and critical customer parts to support urgent requirements.

C. Dispatch & JIT Execution

1. Coordinate with the Dispatch team to ensure material is dispatched as per committed schedules.

2. Escalate delivery risks early to prevent line stoppages at the customer end.

D. Customer Coordination

1. Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts on order status, part status, and dispatch planning.

2. Follow up with customers for pending POs, schedules, new enquiries, and part development, samples, and feedback.
