Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage teams across SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering.Drive execution, SLA adherence, operational governance, and delivery excellence.Conduct performance management, coaching, and team development initiatives.Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and capability building.Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align operations with business objectives.Drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and audit readiness.Monitor cybersecurity metrics, risks, and program effectiveness.Skills Required:

10-12 years of cybersecurity experience across SOC, GRC, and/or Security Engineering3+ years of people management experience in a matrix or global environmentStrong understanding of:Security Operations (SOC, Incident Response, SIEM)Governance, Risk & Compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, Regulatory Compliance)Security Engineering and Security Controls Stakeholder Management and Delivery GovernanceStrong leadership, communication, and team development skillsPreferred Qualifications

CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or equivalent certificationsExperience in Healthcare, GCC, or Managed Services environmentsExposure to AI-driven security operations and automationExperience supporting HIPAA / HITRUST regulated environmentsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering .
