What are we looking for

Highly proficient Client Servicing professionals. The candidate should have substantive expertise and experience in developing and managing client relationships; acumen and understanding of brand activations, experiential marketing, and events. The individual must be a high achiever, enterprising, a self-starter, and result-oriented Sales and Business Development professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage and develop client relationships (new and existing)Key Account ManagementProject Management - Pitch to execution

Client Servicing :

Project management (working on project briefs, reporting, documentation of project content, on-ground support)Work closely with the creative team for conceptualization, create pitch presentations and credentials for various projectsResponsible for managing large and small scale eventsComplete analysis of the tender/brief, keeping in mind the financial, legal, production and creative feasibilityGuide the management with respect to the terms and conditions of the tender/briefConceptualizing & implementing large scale events & provide communication strategies as per client preference & achieve organizational targetsDevelop strategy for events as per market requirements and business potentialEstimation of the client spend, venue recce and venue plottingDirect interaction with the clients for the direction, presentation and management of the various events and brand activation programsFinalize prices either based on negotiations with the clients on prices and deliverables or provide standard rate card to the clientsEnsure self and team performance

Process management

Process adherence to Wizcraft SOPs and reporting proceduresPrepare pre-event P&L with production teamPreparation of a detailed project plan including all the activities and timelines required for the delivery of the project

Special Skills:

Excellent presentation skillsTeam player and management skills with the ability to play different roles within the teamAble to present work and lead client conversations
