Civil Engineer (Projects & Construction)

Location: Delhi (with travel to project sites across North India)

Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.

Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contractor bills.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and hotel operations teams.

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.

Track project progress and prepare MIS reports.

Verify measurements and certify work completion.

Assist in procurement planning and material approvals.

Support project handover and snag rectification processes.

Preferred Profile:

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Experience in hotel, commercial, or high-rise construction projects preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.

Strong understanding of RCC, finishing, MEP coordination, and project

execution.
