Business Development Associate (BDA) Company: Shubham Solar Solution Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Interview Mode: Virtual / Online About the Role Shubham Solar Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with customers and generate business opportunities. Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through calls, leads, references, and other channels. Connect with potential customers and understand their solar energy requirements. Explain company products and solar solutions to prospective customers. Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential leads into customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth execution. Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Identify new market opportunities and potential customers in the assigned area. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Stay updated about the company's solar products, services, and offerings. Candidate Requirements Experience: Fresher to 6 months / relevant sales experience preferred. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Comfortable with calling and customer interaction. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM/ ZOHO tools will be an advantage.
