Director of Growth and Operations

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute strategies to drive sustainable growth and expansion in alignment with company goals.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats.Business Development: Lead initiatives to acquire new business partnerships and opportunities, including identifying potential clients and negotiating agreements.Operational Excellence: Streamline and optimize internal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.Financial Management: Collaborate with finance teams to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness.Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress towards goals, regularly reporting to senior management.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience.Qualifications:Education:  MBA or equivalent from a prestigious institute such as IIM preferred.Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in business development, operations management, or related fields. Prior experience in a leadership role preferred.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends, and translate vision into actionable plans.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
