A reputed Building and Construction company is looking for a *Advocate* to handle the Company’s legal requirements and procedures *Position:* Advocate *Experience:* 4–8 Years (Real Estate) *Location:* Mumbai  The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Real Estate matters and be capable of independently managing legal documentation, compliance, and litigation-related activities. Candidate should be from Mumbai and should know Marathi.    *Key Responsibilities:* · Protect the Company against legal risks and regulatory violations. ·  Advise management on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. ·  Develop and implement company policies on legal issues. ·  Draft, structure, review, and vet legal documents, reports, deeds, and agreements. ·  Coordinate with external advocates regarding court matters and legal proceedings. ·  Handle all RERA-related matters and compliances, including project registration and quarterly updates. ·  Prepare and file revised Agreements for Sale. ·  Manage legal aspects related to redevelopment projects, society formation, and MBMC compliances. ·  Analyse legal implications of new projects and provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders and management. ·  Prepare monthly and quarterly legal reports for management review meetings. ·  Handle litigation matters, legal notices, and maintain records of licenses, compliances, and ongoing legal cases.  * Candidate Requirements:* · Strong experience in Real Estate legal matters is mandatory. · Excellent command over English, both written and spoken. · Proficiency in operating modern digital devices and legal documentation systems. · Good analytical, drafting, and communication skills. · Male candidates residing in Mumbai, preferably South Mumbai, will be preferred.  If the above requirement matches your profile then pls send us your updated CV with the following details *Name:* *Location:* *Qualification:* *SANAT:* *Type of Employment:* *Experience of Handling Litigation in the Real Estate Segment:* *Current Income:* *Expected Income:* *Availability for an Interview:* Thanks & Regards,  *Swapnil Gadkari*  Contact: [hidden]
