Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused specialists with 1 to 5 years of experience in International Voice / Customer Support. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and providing a high-quality customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.

Understand customer queries and provide appropriate and timely resolutions.

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining skilled communication.

Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide accurate information.

Document customer interactions and update relevant systems accurately.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.

Follow defined processes, quality guidelines, and customer service standards.

Meet productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and other assigned performance targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Required Skills

1 to 5 years of experience in International Voice / BPO / Customer Support.

Excellent English verbal communication and comprehension skills.

Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

Good listening, probing, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle challenging customer conversations professionally.

Positive computer and typing skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work in night shifts .
