Responsibilities

Assist clients in developing personalized financial plans, including estate planning, tax strategies, and retirement solutions

Support senior advisors in conducting financial analysis and research to inform investment strategies

Help manage client portfolios by monitoring investment performance and recommending adjustments

Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, cash management strategies, and asset management plans

Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer relationship management tools

Stay updated on securities law, financial software, and industry regulations to ensure compliance

Participate in sales activities by identifying client needs and presenting suitable financial products and services

Support the development of wills, trusts, estate law documents, and other legal financial instruments

Requirements

Strong understanding of financial concepts including investment management, wealth management, and accounting principles

Knowledge of estate planning, securities law, tax experience, and wills, trusts & estate law is preferred but not mandatory

Familiarity with financial analysis tools, research methods, and financial software applications

Excellent math skills with the ability to perform detailed calculations and analysis

Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration

Basic knowledge of public accounting, technical accounting, corporate accounting, or banking is a plus

Demonstrated interest in sales within the financial services industry

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving industry standards and regulations

Compensation: $56,594.02 - $68,156.24 per year
