Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and cyber security, with a focus on governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks, particularly ISO 27001. As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in protecting our organization's information assets and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats and weaknesses in our systems.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with ISO 27001 and other relevant frameworks.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents, providing timely responses and remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to enhance our security posture.
• Provide training and awareness programs to staff on information security practices and policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices.
• Experience with GRC frameworks, particularly ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with ISMS (Information Security Management System) implementation and management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
