About the internship:Key Responsibilities:

A. Astrologer & Coach Onboarding

1. Source, screen, and shortlist astrologers and astro coaches

2. Conduct interviews and onboarding calls

3. Maintain onboarding pipeline and CRM status

B. CRM & Funnel Monitoring

1. Monitor WhatsApp, lead CRM, and onboarding messages

2. Ensure timely follow-ups with astrologers and coaches

3. Track drop-offs, no-shows, and re-engagement

C. Product & Data Analytics

1. Track daily KPIs: signups, activations, consultations, revenue

2. Build dashboards using Google Sheets/Excel/Looker/Power BI

3. Identify bottlenecks in the astrologer and user funnels

D. Business Intelligence

1. Analyze which astrologers convert best

2. Identify pricing, availability, and quality trends

E. E-commerce & Supply Operations

1. Manage puja, remedy, and product supply chain

2. Coordinate with vendors, mandirs, pandits, and fulfillment partners

3. Track order status, packaging, dispatch, and delivery

F. DeviDevta Project Ownership

1. Onboard mandirs and pandits

2. Manage puja packages, pricing, and execution

G. Data & Vendor Management

1. Track costs, margins, fulfillment timelines

2. Negotiate pricing with pandits and suppliers

3. Analyze the performance of pujas and remedies

H. Automation & AI Tools

1. Work with Lovable to build internal tools and workflows

2. Run GPT-based operations tasks (data, content, reports)
